Pre-volunteering Team (abbr.: PVT, Chinese: 預志願團隊) is a project restarted by Winston Sung. The officially launch date is February 1, 2021.

History

On ${date}, Winston Sung mentioned that the ZH Team will start a new project called "Chinese Pre-volunteering Team", a.k.a. "PVT-ZH" or "CPT 2nd", in the document "${doc}"^[1]. In that doc, some changes and improvements for the zh community are planned.

Before the project launched, some … were encountered, but we decided to ....

After all major preparations were done, Winston Sung launched this project on February 1, 2021 and introduced it on ${date}.

Users can join PVT-ZH can by but not limited the following methods:

• Self/others'-recommendation and approved by the local IVT team/staffs who are responsible for the IVT project.
• Invited by local IVT/staffs and the invited user agreed to join the team.

joined Fandom and Gamepedia in February, 2019 and joined ZH Community Central in April, 2019. He became a member of ZH Pre-volunteering Team and ZH Community Central Crew in February, 2021.
