建议把没有被任意wiki封禁的硬性条件去掉或者修改成没有被【什么样的】wiki封禁，因为有些wiki管理员暴政恶意封禁之类的事情搞得让人很烦。Gongxiang01（留言） 2023年11月7日 (二) 04:10 (UTC)

Fandom的Adoption Guidelines（领养指引）中有指出：

If you are blocked in another wiki, you could try to appeal and have the block lifted to be able to request an adoption. However, if you think the block is completely unfair (such as in cases of abuse of admin rights), you could mention this in your request. We also recommend checking how blocks should be appealed for advice.

但是对方不按方针封禁，Special:Contact都没用。而且我满足了条件：Only send in a support ticket via Zendesk about a block if you have made a good faith effort to discuss your block with the admins (or can’t) and the block is longer than 2 weeks. If you meet those conditions, we’ll review it. You will be required to submit a link to said discussion.
