更改站名問題

我是聚爆中文維基和終極時空維基的創立人，我想將站名後面的「_Wiki」改成「維基」，我照著Help:Wiki的標題#如何修改你的Wiki的標題找到更改站名的地方，但是因為還沒有中文所以來確認一下可填框的意思，以下是我在該網站沒有搞懂的東西：
- URL of the wiki: 這是目前想改站名的維基首頁，對吧？
- New URL: 這是想改的維基首頁，對吧？
- New site name: 新站名，沒問題
- Subject: 這是指維基的社區主題嗎？假如當初創立終極時空維基是填電視的話，就是填"TV"(電視)嗎？
- Description: 我在這裡用英文打上「I like to change my wiki site "終極時空 Wiki" to "終極時空維基".」這樣的英文沒問題吧？
假如我成功為一個維基發出更改單後我必須等到更改完畢才能再填一單嗎？
題外話，我要如何在特殊頁面:上傳文件裡的摘要自動出現文件資訊模板，我是在刺客信條英語維基和哈利·波特中文維基看到後也想在我的維基裡有相同的功能，請問是要改CSS嗎？
我剛剛把這問題貼在小魚那，結果被吃掉了，所以來這重打一次。

- 「URL of the wiki」指的是wiki的網址。
- 請輸入「
https://community.fandom.com/zh」這樣的格式而不要輸入「https://community.fandom.com/zh/wiki/社区中心」這樣的格式。
- 請輸入「
- 「New URL」指的是要改到哪個網址。
- 如果沒有要改wiki的網域則請留空不填。
- 「New site name」指的是要使用的新站名。
- 「Subject」指的是請求的主旨，建議輸入「
Change site name for zh.community」的形式。 - 「Description」指的是申請的詳細描述。
- 可以輸入「
I would like to change the site name of my wiki from "終極時空 Wiki" to "終極時空維基".」
- 可以輸入「
- 「URL of the wiki」指的是wiki的網址。
- 申請表可以連續填寫。

- 能否实现桌面端视图与移动端相应？虽然现在的移动端视图可能很有特色，但是非常不适用于大多数Fandom社区，而且移动版视图与桌面端视图相差太大，影响浏览。--
