To supplement, according to Team69Roll's thread in Wikia Language Brigade, he/she seemingly means to use the method of a multi-language wiki like Language Brigade Wiki and VSTF, rather than requesting for wikis for individual language.
Yeah, I think that's better, since the structure in a multi-language wiki is much more complicated that it may scare new users away. Also it gives more freedom to editing, as it doesn't restrict user to only translate original text.
If it was me, I will choose to keep my focus on WWE Wiki, and try to invite users to edit the wiki.
Since English is the common language which means users who are not native English speakers can join your wiki as well. If you notice that there is any non-native English speaker join your wiki, maybe you can contact that user to help your "Multi-language plan".
This is the long-term plan, so it may require patience to carry out.
I don't know whether this is helpful or not, but this is just my thought!
