Tyler Garcia Posey is an American actor, voice actor, musician, and producer. For Disney, he voiced Prince Alonso in Disney Channel/Disney Junior's Elena of Avalor and Inferno in the Marvel Rising franchise, first appearing in Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors as well as a character in Shorty McShorts' Shorts.
Posey was born in Santa Monica, California, to Cyndi Terese Garcia and actor-writer John Posey. He grew up in Santa Clarita, California. Following in his father's footsteps, he began as a child actor in films such as Collateral Damage and Maid in Manhattan before appearing in films like Legendary, White Frog, Scary Movie 5, Yoga Hosers, and The Last Summer.
In television, Posey appeared in Doc, Without a Trace, Smallville, Brothers & Sisters, Lincoln Heights, Jane the Virgin, Scream: Resurrection, Fast & Furious Spy Racers. However, his breakout came with the role of Scott McCall on MTV's Teen Wolf, based on the 1985 film. He would play the role for six seasons and returned with several cast member for the 2023 reunion film, Teen Wolf: The Movie, for which he was also a producer.
