- Wikimania is an annual Wikimedia Foundation event. Prior to the start of Wikimania 2007, please join Wikia staff and friends for a special Wikia users group meeting! During the conference, Wikia will also be hosting several other events. Please let us know on this page which events you plan to attend, so that we can accurately estimate numbers. August 2 - 12pm - Wikia Users Group Meeting
- We plan to discuss several topics, including:
- users' common problems
- what new features they need most
- what existing features need improvements
- which are the most relevant competing services in each user's country
- plus anything else that comes up!

- Each city makes a bid to the Wikimedia Foundation and a committee decide where the conference will be held each year. It was in Germany in 2005 and the US last year. Angela (talk) 14:56, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
