How do I make another adm in my wiki?
Hello, I dont think I spelled adm correct so someone please correct me. I would like to know how to make another adim in my wiki. I dont know how to though, and I dont want to just know which manigments to give them. What do I click after that?

I got blocked becuase somone got on an account with my email and made a new account. I dont know what he was doing but I got blocked becaue of him or her. Now I cant make pages, commets or anything like that. I dont know who blocked me ethier. And it didn't just do that account she or he was using it was my accounts to. I am sad now. :C
