Can only approved users start a chat?
Can I set it so only approved people can start a chat? I don't want any spammers or vandals causing problems. I want it so at least one appointed trusted user has to be in the chatroom for it to remain open. When it is open, a link should appear somewhere everyone on the wikia can see.
