Hello everyone! I’m Miller, a Community Manager for Entertainment here at Fandom on the Community Development team. I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working alongside some incredible teammates, and together we’re excited to share a look back at the amazing events we helped bring to life on Fandom this year. 2025 has been an exciting year for fans, and we’re honored to support communities in the worlds they love returning to time and time again. From tournaments and prediction challenges to giveaways, creative contests, and Q&As, these events were all about giving fans new ways to participate, celebrate their favorite franchises, and connect with one another. Whether it was celebrating a major release, interacting with creators, or just having some fun together, each event was shaped by the enthusiasm of the communities behind it. As we wrap up the year, let’s take a moment to revisit a few standout events that my colleagues and I were proud to support for fans around the world. None of this would have been possible without the support from various wiki communities and contributors, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who took part in this year's events. Here’s a look at a few of those moments we were proud to share with fans around the world.

The Game Awards

Community Manager: Lucas + Dylan

Lucas: For The Game Awards, we created and prepared our very own Game Awards Wiki, beginning a resource for all things TGA. Then, as we neared this year’s ceremony, we ran a The Game Awards 2025 Prediction Challenge Giveaway where fans tested their gaming knowledge by answering five questions about what they believed would be the outcomes at The Game Awards, ranging from “Which game will win Game of the Year?” to “Will any top nominated game go home empty-handed?” At The Game Awards 2025, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 became the Game of the Year and most awarded game of the night, with a total of 9 wins in different categories. Many of you had pretty accurate guesses, and we soon will be contacting those of you with the highest number of correct predictions after a random draw to send you each a $50 Fanatical gift card! Drop by The Game Awards Wiki to check out the full list of 2025 winners, and also to find how Fandom has been celebrating The Game Awards across our platforms!

Dylan: First, I want to highlight the fantastic work Lucas did on the wiki, especially the Fandom at The Game Awards section. It does a great job showcasing everything Fandom Media does around the event. As in previous years, we staffed up the livestream with a strong roster that supported  a peak YouTube stream of  22,000+ viewers!
