Steven Robert Comisar (born December 30, 1961) is an American actor and iconic con man.  He is best known for being the only Hollywood actor who is also a legendary con artist. Raised in Beverly Hills, California, Comisar began acting at a young age and has appeared in numerous movies, television shows, and commercials. After serving a stint in federal prison for fraud, Comisar reinvented himself as Brett Champion, Consumer Watchdog. His bestselling book, America’s Guide to Fraud Prevention, is considered the gold standard of the fraud prevention industry. Comisar is considered the world's leading authority on fraud. The FBI placed him in the top ten con men of all time, second to only Frank Abagnale, subject of Oscar winning motion picture,, Catch Me if You Can, directed by Steven Spielberg, and starring Leonardo DiCaprio.
