I won't accept friend requests on Discord, but DMs are fine, just let me know who you are first.
I am a lot more active on Discord, but if you cannot get to me through Discord then contact me here.

I usually go by obi. I like to play rhythm games such as Geometry Dash and osu.
Some people know me as ObsidianBlade08, though I changed my name unaware of the fact that you could only do this once.

Wiki Autobiography

I guess you can say this is my fandom autobiography, a large recount of my Wiki career, I may as well write while I still know what contributions I've made in the past. Overall, in my time with fandom, my writing capabilities have improved to be much greater than they should have thanks to the hours and hours I spent writing documentation in my spare time.

A Start

Initially, my fandom account was named ObsidianBlade08, as that was and still to this day is my Roblox username. It was registered at 18:18, October 31, 2018 (UTC). The oldest contribution I could find from myself was a file uploaded by me called '👌 the meme.jpg' which was on the Abyssrium Wiki, a wiki centred around a mobile game I found really fun at the time.

An Effort

I first started making a whole lot of contributions in early 2019 on the Infinity RPG Wiki through to late 2020 where I was promoted to an administrator due to my prominent activity. The game was also getting some frequent updates, piling on top of the lack of documentation which I decided to fill in, leading to upwards of 300 edits each month. During this time, I had learnt a lot about templates and source code because I was pretty lazy and wanted to do things efficiently.

As the game's updates became less frequent, it eventually came to a stop (with Update 60, yet to release at the time), and with this, I stopped making frequent contributions in early 2023 though I would still occasionally check to see how the wiki and community was going. In my time of being an editor of the wiki, I had accumulated over 5000 edits, which today still astounds me and is also surprising, since I was not only actively editing there but in some other communities too.

A Discombobulation

In April of 2021, after less than 300 edits I was promoted to administrator out of nowhere in a community that was yet to grow. The wiki in question was the Tower Blitz Wiki. It seemed that I had discovered the game and its wiki much earlier than the rest, as I was the first user to be promoted after less than a month. There really isn't much to say, though I made just over 1000 edits from when I discovered it to April 2021, then from September the same year to December, which I'd say was about 80% of my edits in that one year. Keep in mind that I was also very active on the Infinity RPG Wiki too.

I could go on explaining for quite a while, so I will list the other wikis I was active in here.

There is likely more that I forgot about, but I left these communities because the wikis were complete or my job was done by others.

An End?

This segues into the time when I wrote this section (October 2023). I would become trial moderator for Thinking Project on December 7, 2024, which heavily influenced my contributions towards the fandom. When I wrote this section, I was simply a Helpful Member (a trusted member who was on their way to moderator). As of then, I edited frequently (safe to say daily) on the Noob Army Tycoon Wiki, being the most active contributor while also making far too many side projects to kill time. I found the wiki in August of 2021 and would make about a hundred edits in that same month before taking a brief break and then doing the same thing over 3 months, 4 months after I stopped. At that time, I had little interest in the game and would mostly edit in the wikis above. It was almost a year since I hadn't touched the wiki, then a year later I rediscovered the wiki. From May 2023 to October 2023 I had made around 1000 edits, amassing 1600. I would rarely visit the Toy SoldierZ Wiki where I'd monitor what edits are being made. I am not active there anymore but I got the community to a good start in June 2023, but unfortunately, the place seems bare and only a few people make edits each month.

A Task

I was immediately given Administrator upon finding the TDX wiki (Tower Defense X). This is because the founder of the wiki had known me from the past through the TBZ Wiki. I didn't do much in that time until October 2023, when the founder had resigned. She had put the burden of owning the wiki in my hands, to which I was completely fine with, though I as well was very inactive. This stood as a concern to me, and when a user asked to apply for mod on my message wall I gave it to them due to how active they were, and in hindsight, it wasn't the best idea but nothing bad has come from it. Two months after, nobody was active. A group of about three people contacted me saying that if one of them received admin, then they would help manage the dying wiki (along the lines of that). I did end up giving one of them admin, and I regret giving them it instead of one of the other three (not entirely, but there is regret in me).

Mid 2024 through to 2025

The TDX wiki is now doing fine, and sustains itself perfectly without my intervention. Since then, I have become completely inactive, only present on the dedicated Discord server, which I see as a bad reflection of my roles, seeing as I make 0 monthly edits (0 yearly at this rate). To whomever this may concern, I have considered handing over my position to someone else who actually has ambition with the server numerous times in the past, but the right time has never occurred to me. If somebody so happened to ask, that would have made it far easier, but for now, it is not entirely a problem.

I have shifted my focused entirely onto the Noob Army Tycoon Wiki and I am doing this with the help of the developer and a former moderator and friend of mine, who is probably more passionate about the wiki than I am, though they have little experience with MediaWiki, which gave me an opportunity to be a teacher (which I somewhat enjoyed).

I will write more of this when I am not lazy

Roblox

I started playing Roblox in June of 2017, not long after my birthday. At this time I would play numerous games both alive and dead, mundane games just seemed to entertain me no matter what they were and I would always be playing new games. I cannot precisely recall which games I would play back then, as that was 6 years ago, though I do remember I started Roblox by playing Vehicle Simulator and Zombie Rush.

In 2018, I played a lot of sandbox games, such as Sandbox, Sandbox2 and Blockate (the first two I stopped quickly). I played Blockate frequently through 2019-2020 then stopped playing it in 2021. I mostly made projects with my cousins at that time.

In 2020 I would play I lot of Tower Defense Simulator and Arsenal, and start playing RoBeats! properly. All of these games stuck around with me through to 2021, but the first two I eventually stopped playing though I still have a decent amount of skill in both of them.

I started playing RoBeats! in late 2019 and was able to clear difficulties up to 16 though struggled to do so. In 2020 I would play the game very frequently alongside some relatives. I was equally as good as my brother in terms of skill, but I had better gear than him. We were able to clear up to difficulty 25 quite well. I got a new keyboard at the end of 2020, though mostly played Bee Swarm Simulator as it had gotten its seasonal Beesmas update and went from early game to mid-game, then didn't touch the game till 2021's event.

In 2021 I never really found a game to stick to and mostly played Tower Defense games (TDS, TBZ, and DD) and Monster Islands. In 2022 I played a whole lot of Evade, PGTD for a while. In 2022 I played mostly RoBeats! and Evade and I picked up Osu! in July.

In 2023 I started rusting in RoBeats! due to pain in my left arm, so as my skills degraded I started to not touch the game as much. Now it's sort of difficult to say what I enjoy replaying on Roblox, and I started playing Geometry Dash.

It's difficult to remember all the games I used to play back then and recall vivid memories from years ago, so I'll list my 24 most played experiences in the past 2 years.
