Namaste, <insert name here>! Since you've landed over here, let me tell you a bit about myself.
Who Am I?
I'm Pafton! Not my real name of course. I live in Goa though I'm originally from Portugal. I like learning languages (currently learning my native tongue, Portuguese), animals, gardening and permaculture. And yeah, I'm a dog person.
On Fandom
I am a bureaucrat and administrator on the Forge of Empires Wiki, which is also my home wiki. In the past I have been involved in the administration of Schitt's Creek, Sims FreePlay, Rebel Galaxy, WYOS (fan fiction), Miramagia and Hindi Doraemon wikis.
Generally, I prefer the boring and dreary maintenance work over actually writing content. It's not that I can't or won't write articles, I have made several in the past and continue to do so. But, I rather like spending time on the maintenance reports, adding categories, fixing broken templates, links, files, so on and so forth. I also like to keep myself abreast with the latest tips to enhance the SEO of my wikis. I can't code even if my life depended on it, so I just ask the more code-savvy people to help me whenever I run into any issues, which, more often than not, is always.
Sometimes I hang out on the Community Central discussion boards, where I like to help other Fandom users with their problems, report off-topic spam to the moderators and sharpen my (non-existent) coding skills.

Councillor
As of June 2019, I have been a part of Fandom's Councillor programme. This basically means that I'm involved in pre-testing of features and products before their global release as well as offering feedback. Under my tenure as a Councillor, my wikis have participated in pre-release trials of several features, which include the User Walkthrough, Editor Dashboard and the Advisor Programme.
