Wrestling Career

New Revolution Federation

Christian Wolfe made his debut in New Revolution Federation on February 1st, 2008. After signing, he quickly made a name for himself as he was entered in the World Heavyweight Championship match. He defeated the likes of Bobby Lashley and DH Smith who left the company due to the beat down Wolfe put on them. He next defeated his New Rising stablemate and close friend Alex Blade in the semifinal match. In the final of the tournament, Christian Wolfe was defeated by John Morrison in a tightly contested match at the Backlash Pay Per View. Shortly after Christian was given a shot at Monty Brown's Intercontinental title which he won and held until the closing of the company.

WWE Damage Inc.

After the closing of the New Revolution Federation, not much is known about Christian between the time he left NRF and before he was signed to WWE Damage Inc. In July of 2008, Christian Wolfe was signed to a contract with WWE Damage Inc. and again made a name for himself. He was reunited with his old friend Alex Blade on TNA iMPACT! Both men blazed a path towards the iMPACT! tag team championship titles, but were cut short when Blade was traded to Smackdown. Christian kept on his path towards gold and finally achieved it winning the iMPACT! Tag Team titles with Gary Alberts from Jay Will and his partner. This was the beginning of a successful couple of months for Christian Wolfe.

After being drafted to Smackdown!, Christian Wolfe was put into a Triple Threat match against Rey Mysterio and Alex Blade for a spot in the Elimination Chamber for a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship. Unfortunately, Christian wasn't successful in his match, but again Christian was given another shot at entering the Elimination Chamber, but again fell short to Mr. Kennedy who would end up becoming the World Heavyweight Championship. During his time on Smackdown, Christian entered in a Battle Royale for the United States Championship, defeating five other men to become the United States Champion. During his first month as Champion, he battled two men, Brandon and Justin Castleman over his US title. Two weeks before the No Mercy Pay-Per-View Christian suddenly retired, stating that he was "burnt-out" and he gave his title to Brandon. He returned shortly though at No Mercy as the mystery opponent in the match between Castleman and Brandon, once again winning the title again. From then on, no one would be able to overcome Christian Wolfe as United States Champion. He held the title for 98 days, becoming the longest reigning champion in the company. Also during his time with Smackdown!, he turned on his friend Alex Blade with a chair shot during a match, causing Wolfe to turn heel. Wolfe then joined Evolution with Mr. Kennedy and Randy Orton, these men battled with Alex Blade during many memorable matches on Smackdown!

Christian was then traded to ECW, the reason behind this trade was Christian wanting a bigger role in the company and wanting a shot at the Main Event. Christian lasted one week on ECW before being fired by General Manager Stephanie McMahon for unknown reasons. During his time away from the company, Christian honed his wrestling skills and worked on his various disciplines of Mixed Martial Arts. Christian was allowed to return to WWE Damage after speaking with owners Linda McMahon and Ric Flair. Upon his return, Christian immediatly sought vengeance against Stephanie McMahon and attacked her with a steel chair, thus pledging his loyalty to Eric Bischoff and WCW during the ECW and WCW war. Since then, Christian Wolfe defeated ECW Champion Dano and his tag partner, Matthew Triggs in a Two on One handicap match. He then defeated Dano and Triggs in a tag match with John Bradshaw Layfield. The week after he defeated Tenney and then attacked Special Referee Dano the week before the Barely Legal Pay Per View.

At Barely Legal, Christian Wolfe defeated both Dano and Tenney to become the new ECW Champion. It was the crowning of a very successful career that can only to continue to shine. Christian Wolfe also became a Triple Crown Champion with the win, the third known instance in the company.
