I am a lot of things. In no particular order,I am a Mom (I had him as a teenager) I am a Doula, I am a photographer, I work(ed) in the Film Industry until I tore three ligaments at film school last year and I haven't been able to work. Since then I have been Blogging and trying to create The Geek Girls Rising Network... I am also finishing my class through the Smithsonian with Stan Lee as one of my weekly lecturures on The Rise of Superheroes and Their Impact on Pop Culture. Through this I am creating my own comic book, or at least my own superhero.
I watch a lot of TV because that's what I want to do. I really just want to get back on set, but as a Woman, it is very difficult to even get the lowly hardly pays work you to death jobs in live action films. In September,I will either be going to Vancouver to get my certificate in Documentary Making or I will be moving from New Mexico to Atlanta Georgia to gete back to where the work is.
