Hi there! I'm Amber and I am Sr. Manager of Customer Support at Fandom. My role is to develop service procedures, policies and standards while addressing issues and/or disputes.

About Me[]

I joined Curse in March of 2014 as a Customer Support Specialist and helped with customer issues/questions until we joined forces with Fandom where I took on the Sr. Manager role that I hold now. I am a big fan of books and am an avid reader. My favorite genres are historical fiction and mystery thrillers. When I am not reading, I can be found watching reality tv or working on my fitness & health goals.
