Hey, saw you responded to someone on Wendy's wall about a global block of a Muppet Wiki vandal with the IP 73.1.57.180... which is the IP they're posting from. As a Muppet Wiki admin, where we just blocked a couple of his accounts yesterday, I thought I'd clarify.

This John Howarth is an odd case. Blocked dozens of times on Muppet Wiki, and on other accounts; on Muppet Wiki, the offense was usually removing information or something like that, but usually the main reason they got blocked is creating multiple accounts, and then having account A point out account B was a puppet. Frequently editing the user pages to say outright how many accounts they've had (a few which do seem to have been globally blocked). Here's one of the older accounts with a list of some of the other blocked accounts (Up to about 2016, and no doubt missing some). http://muppet.wikia.com/wiki/User:Endingsesame

The latest account: http://muppet.wikia.com/wiki/User:Thingintherat?rcid=951262

They asked an admin "Do you block multiple accounts?", edited their user page to mention one of the accounts (Endingsesame) where we'd easily be able to check their history of this, and added a list of some of the other accounts on a stealth account that hadn't posted yet. On the same day, they added info to a Wiki they created just to ramble or point out how they've "trolled" (the word used) other Wikis and listing some of the usernames. http://john-m-howarth.wikia.com/wiki/John_M_Howarth

As best as I can figure out, it's a game to them. He wants to be blocked (although he specified for a year) so he can evade it and get in again and repeat the process. Not sure how that falls as far as abuses that get one globally blocked, but it seems like he's evaded it at least once anyway.
