Hello. I'm not here in any "official way", but I've seen that you use to give unofficial responses on adoption pages (something I like doing too). I think you're doing fine, but it is usually advised not to answer if you think there's no problem with adoption (so there's generally no need to say "I think you're good, wait for staff answer"), just saying. This is because there might be some issues we don't know about (for example the user might be blocked on another wiki or similar stuff) and telling them that they're going to adopt may give them a false impression. However, that's not exactly a rule: take this as a simple advice and nothing more.
