I believe I have to clarify something about the list created by me and oreo:
My initial purpose of that list is not to tell all those users that they have to go away. Rather, I created the list with the mindset that we need to identify the staff members that need improvements in their performance, while trying to limit the amount of demotion as much as possible. This leads to my second point:
The original plan I proposed was to not present the list immediately to the community, but rather to only start with the more infamous cases (like SunShroom) as an example, and hope that the others will take that as a lesson. In fact, I also asked oreo not to give the full list, but he still did anyway while offering little background information.
I guess the responsibility is still on my shoulder then. I apologize for any misunderstanding that may arise from this.
