How is the placeholder text for blog comments over 30 days set or altered?
I have searched through all the system messages and have come up empty. Prior to this, I used "?uselang=qqx" with nothing changed in the comment entry field on a page displaying the message "There is no need to comment."
I was able to determine that forum threads use (wall-placeholder-reply) in the reply field, but I'm at a loss for how to access any placeholder text for blog or article comments.
Using the browser's dev tools, I see the element as <textarea name="wpArticleComment" id="article-comm" disabled="disabled">This blog hasn't been commented on for over 30 days. There is no need to comment.</textarea>, but I'm struggling to determine if this is something that I can customize, rather than straight HTML code.
Any assistance with this is very much appreciated.
