Yes, but you need to negotiate with the founder/admins of the other wiki. Wikia doesn't usually want to be involved in merging a wiki besides redirecting one subdomain to another, but they will help more if the admins communicate clearly and have a detailed plan.
The first step is that both wikis are on Wikia which makes the process much more easier than carrying all the edits, accounts over to a new domain. Both wikias are both on wikia so it makes it easier. Then, you need to negotiate with the administrators of the duplicate, and decide which domain you would like to use. The larger wiki is the likely one to be used. The hard part is getting the community to move over instead of rebuilding the old wiki (this has happened to many wikis), if the duplicate is very small, you should be able to just simply get the user to move over and join the new wiki. On the old wiki that is no longer used, the main page should then have a link to the new wiki in to show that it has been merged.
The wikis have already been merged a while ago (there was basically nothing on the other one), but thanks for replying.
Didn't realise, sorry :P
@Happy65: Your tips are still useful in case someone else wants to merge wikis in the future and sees this thread.
@Fandyllic: Thanks :)
