I’m trying to change the count for this blog post listing. Whenever I add ?action=edit to the end of the url, it lands me on the blog post listing creation page. Is it possible to edit just the source of the page?

That page is dynamically generated... you can't edit it like that. So, no.
If you use the interface it take you to, I believe it will edit the blog list source for you. It just doesn't let you do it manually.
@Andrewds1021: I'm not sure what interface you're talking about... can you clarify.
The only way to change the list as far as I know is to remove items by removing the "Blog post" category. I suppose you could add that category to stuff that isn't a blog post, but it might have to be in the proper name space to show up in the list.
When ScriptedNonsense said "count", I assumed they meant the number of blogs shown per page. I also assumed that option was available in the interface but I was wrong about that.
ScriptedNonsense, I would contact staff and ask about this. Based on the help page and the page history of blog lists I have looked at, there definitely used to be a way to change this.
Edit:
Fandyllic, I meant the special page it takes you to to edit the blog list.
Do you mean Special:CreateBlogListingPage? I've never really understood how that page works.
