    • Sounds like you're shouting.

    • It is generally a better idea to get admins from within your wiki's community. If you just started the wiki, then your community is likely very small; possibly just you. That is why you shouldn't create a wiki unless you are committed to building it up. However, a lot of users under estimate the amount of effort required. As a result, Fandom does have a lot of small abandoned wikis.

    • It is very hard to help, if you don't give a link to the wiki you're talking about. We're not psychic.

    • What's the wiki? If you link it people stumbling upon this thread are more likely to apply for adminship if they are familiar with the topic.

The best way to go would be making a blog or discussion post on your wiki saying you need admins, and are taking applications, lay out a set of requirements. If there is no community yet, you need to build it up with time and making lots of pages for the wiki, and also promoting your wiki (making a blog post here on community central is a good idea, link up your wiki, a small text saying a bit of what is about and say you are looking for admins, lot of people want to be admins trust me ._.). It takes commitment to build a wiki as Andrewds1021 said.

Translation for English users: there is already a Spanish Roblox Fandom wiki and even several duplicates(see list above), knowingly making duplicate wikis goes against Fandom's rules, and eventually they will close your wiki.

Also, I am truly baffled at how many Spanish wikis there is on this subject and they have not been shut down!

FANDOM seems to think of non-English wikis as an afterthought unless they are big.

    • Regardless, Fandom needs to think about pushing non-English wikis to use the same domain as the English wikis. Otherwise, the whole idea about not having separate domains is pointless. A perfect example, instead of https://villains.fandom.com/fr, there is https://villains-fr.fandom.com/fr which redirects to https://mechants-fr.fandom.com/fr despite the fact that the wiki is literally trying to be a French mirror of https://villains.fandom.com.

This would also make wikis of the same subject in other languages easier to find, and they could get more visibility and activity if they are linked to the English wiki.
