There are multiple ways. 1 is to use Google with search term "<movie> wiki site:Fandom.com". You could also use the search function on top of the navigation here to try to look for it (search for all wikis). Another way would be to try to create the wiki, it should give suggestions if there are similar names to the one you're trying to create.
Ya, thank you for helping me out.
My concern is that though the wiki name I create is unique, I am worried about the content.
Can I create a wiki about a movie of which a wiki already exists with a unique wiki name and unique content?
If the contents are different (for example, the first one contains cannonical information about the movie and the second one is more focused on fanart, spin-offs and things like that) - then there is no problem.
Sometimes it's gray - a bit different but overlaps.
Anyway, you can start. If Fandom find that there is already a wiki about the same topic they might close the duplicate, but you'll be able to download the contents (after some time) and use it to improve the content of the older wiki. If you don't find this idea comfortable, then just do a thourugh search to (almost) ensure that there is no current wiki about it.
generally no, you can't. If it's about the same topic, and both trying to give information about the lore, it can be considered a duplicate wiki. You could create a fanon wiki, but this should be clearly visible in the wiki title and url
Thank you for helping me with this.
