Hi, I need to make this post, a few hours ago I tried signing in Into my account "21EvanED155508." And here's what it says, " We dont recognize these credentials, your account may have been changed due to login system changes. " It doesn't make sense, sorry this was probably a bad decision, but I HAD to use this, I had to make another account because I want to know what is going on with my account? Is it being disabled?
Short answer: You'll need to create a new password by yourself.
Did you receive your email about your account has been lock due to recent suspicious activity? The email gives you the link to set a new password. If not, then check your spam folder. If it also doesn't appear in spam folder, go here to set another password. The username you are typing would be your former account. You'll then receive an email about setting a new password.
No. Your account will remain locked until you create another password. It's to prevent the account to be hijacked, so that's why the acount will remain locked until the owner of the account create a new password.
I tried accessing my previous account, but I couldn't access my old one "SamKoala28", and I wanted to try setting up a new password for my previous one; I tried searching for the confirmed password request to change the password for my old username, can anyone put in a new password for their old account while on their current accounts?
I did a password request for my old account, "SamKoala28", but there was a message below saying, "We've already sent a password reminder to this account in the last 24 hours. Please check your email." What should I do now?
If you have access to the email account linked to your Fandom account, then you need to use the password reset feature. If it claims an email has already been sent, check your email including your junk box. If you are really sure it isn't there and/or you don't have access to the email linked to the Fandom account, then your only option is to talk directly with staff to see if there is some other way to resolve the issue.

I didn't see a password reset feature in my email, I'll keep looking
The password reset feature is available from Fandom's login screen. You provide the username of the account and they send an email to the linked email account. That email should contain instructions on how to reset the password. Are you saying you requested a password reset and did not receive an email?
I have never had to use the forgot password feature before so I have no idea what the email is supposed to link you to. However, I would imagine it should be a form of some type. As long as you fill in the fields with the right values, it shouldn't matter that it is done via the Russian CC.
