The initial block was for "hate speech" presumably against Autism, which does happen a lot. I think some help may be needed here as this user doesn't seem to be getting the message about being blocked from a Wiki and I would suggest a global ban might be needed.
I learned my lesson and I haven’t used any hate speech in my edits that I made with different accounts after getting the block and I never will ever again. Therefore, I am now capable of editing this wiki. So, can you just please not block or ban me? I really want to keep editing this wiki.

No you haven't. I saw your edits on the Psychology wiki that someone else marked for deletion. You are dangerous and you shouldn't be editing the Autism wiki. As the IP said you were blocked. As you refuse to acknowledge the penalty you deserve to be globally blocked. This user - for the benefit of readers - is the IP of the user I reported.
I don't want to be banned. I will not use hate speech anymore. Please don't block me. I am going to keep editing but I will no longer use vandalism anymore. Please please don't block me! Acalitri550 (talk) 06:56, May 3, 2020 (UTC)
No. I am the admin and head honcho and you are banned forever for block evasion. You will continue to be banned if you persist in creating new accounts. Do not return. You are not welcome. People who won't respect blocks and behave poorly elsewhere to back that up (that is the Psychology Wikia) will never get their way on my watch.
To ensure that you do not return, your IP has also been blocked.
I just had to block him again as he changed IP's. And I'll keep doing it no matter what he says. He was blocked originally by a fellow admin as noted for hate speech in three articles (two of which were also put on the Psychology Wikia as Lucky pointed out) for a year. If he wanted back on he had to sit out the block and he didn't. The instant he started socking to avoid the block, it became a permanent ban. And it stays a permanent ban. No amount of pleading is going to change that. Desperation like this simply confirms my decision as correct and warranted.
Wait, why is there an autism wiki? I’m not trying to offend anyone I’m friend with autistic kids but is it like to inform ppl about autism or a wiki just for people with autism?
It's both although primarily it's about informing people about Autism. It used to be a total info place but certain circumstances forced it to be all about positives only and no negative promotion (except for one page - unreliable sources - which is strictly a list only).
Thanks, General. I think your comment might just have finally solved the problem. But if Acalitri returns one more time a formal complaint will be made. Thanks for those links, Andrewds1021.
Report has now been submitted. Acalitri is now in very serious trouble I believe for failing to accept that the block from the Autism Wikia is permanent and not negotiable no matter what - and for his conduct on the Psychology Wikia as well.
Better than repeating that you will be better, you should actually do something better. We often find those who insist they will behave better often do not unless they've demonstrated that with better behaviors. Stop replying here and go do some good work.
And all accounts now globally blocked across Fandom. That means ANY new accounts are subject to an instant global block for block evasion under Fandom Community Guidelines and not just local rules like I have on my Wikia. In other words - Acalitri is done for good on Fandom, as GeneralEB predicted could happen.
