Believe it or not, but The Disney Wiki is really your optimal starting point. As their name implies, they are about everything-Disney. Well, with the caveat that *some* now-Disney properties, such as Star Wars, which had their own Major Wikis before being purchased by Disney have not been merged into them.
So, as I said, a starting point. Either you'll find what you're looking for there or you'll find links to Affiliate and Sister wikis which should have what you're seeking.
A much better place than here on Central… g'luck, Mate.
As everyone has already said, the Disney Wiki is your best bet for finding all of this information. However, I do have one observation regarding online availablility of Disney TV shows. From personal experience, US companies, especially Disney, are extremely protective of their copy rights. In general you will not be able to find online copies of any Disney TV shows from the US as Disney is quite efficient at finding them and striking them down. For more popular shows, versions from other regions may be available; sometimes even officially posted. For instance, while Disney in the US goes through extrordinary effort to have all full episodes removed, Disney UK officially posts some full episodes. However, even if such copies exist, you may not be able to access them from the US. There have been plenty of times that I have been on YouTube and gotten the "This video is not available in your region due to copy right claims" notice. This would indicate to me that some video hosts do have ways of allowing videos to remain on their sites but block them for users from certain regions of the world.
