As long as you can generate a list of the pages to be deleted, consider using AjaxBatchDelete.
w:c:dev:FastDelete may also be useful for you - this will add quick buttons above all pages and it lets you delete pages in two clicks.

How do I list all the pages?
“ | In order to delete a batch of pages, just add the page names (not page URLs) in the form, each on a new line, and proceed to delete them with a set reason. | „ |
For example, if you want to delete some pages titled Article 1, Article 2, and Article 3, this is how you will type it in the form.
Article 1 Article 2 Article 3
Or you can do (if you prefer this one better) is to add a deletion template to all the pages that requires deleting. Then when you click the Batch Delete from the toolbar, click "Add category contents" and type Candidates for deletion as the category (since by default, once you have placed a deletion template in a page, the template adds a category named "Candidates for deletion") and then the script will list ALL the pages categorized with the category for you (so that you don't have to type every single title of the page on a new line and you could accidently misspelt a title, too).
Now, I need to remove all the unnecessary categories from character pages, such as "Children" and "Adults".
