If the current bureaucrat is inactive, you can file another adoption request. If they are active, explain that you were an admin at one time and would like to resume your duties.
Be polite and respectful however, as no one, not even staff is required to give you those rights back.
That wiki was successfully adopted by another user, and as part of that, old inactive admins and bureaucrats lost their rights. If you wish to become active again, you've got to ask the current admin.
Whiteknight810210 has edited on March 8, 2019, which makes this wiki illegible. If you can just hold off a little more than a week (May 8), then this wiki is eligible for adoption. Any admins that has been inactive for a year or longer will be removed as the next person successfully adopt the wiki. After a given time has passed, you can request an adoption request at Adoption:Requests. Make sure to follow the guidelines~
Just checked: the current admin last contributed March 8, so it won't be available for adoption until May 8, provided the admin doesn't return - they edit at irregular intervals.
In order to adopt, you've got to edit, though. You cannot get your rights back unless you put in the work. So I suggest only going through with an adoption if you have a genuine interest in growing the wiki, not just "getting your rights back".
Yeah, it helps to be active in a community. This is coming from someone who is admin on a relatively active Wiki (The Division), particularly with the recent release of Division 2.
