Hi I have been wanting to adopt Disney Princess wiki for so long there s been a lot of vandalism with the pages like Fandom users are marking pages for deletion and stuff like that So I've been editing there for quite a while and I want to be an admin on the wiki!
@21EvanED1555508 You have to make a blog post as there are other Users active on that Wiki. All you have to say is that you have an Adoption Request up and give people time to respond with whether or not they want an Admin, then you can show Merrystar and be given rights.
Yay! :D Now you have to wait a while (probably a week) so people can comment, then show Merrystar. Btw, I hope you keep the design the same, that Wiki is gorgeous, especially the Home Page :3 Plus, other than Wikia/FANDOM bots, you're the third User with the most edits, and if we exclude previous Admins, you're the second.
You would have to make a new one, I think the Staff would revert any edits to the previous one. Again, Skye and I are considering it already, but I can inform Skye of this and look over your edits for when the vote occurs, although and I'm pretty sure I've seen you edit a lot in the Activity already, so it should be good :)
Okay, so I've finished looking over your contributions, and your edits look good, however, just like User:21EvanED155508, the way User conflicts have been handled makes me uncertain..
Back before the Staff disabled Anonymous Users, Impala2016Susan was quick to become frustrated when talking to a spammer/vandal, calling them an idiot in all caps, just like Evan had. Instead of remaining calm, objective and fair, just like Evan, Impala2016Susan copied the spammer writing in all caps, yelling back at and insulting them. Just like I wrote about Evan, this makes themselves no better than the spammer and acting as immaturely as the spammer was. Just like with Evan, this makes me worry about if they will assume good faith and be rational with blocks. This was a while ago, but so far, I would vote no. I'm sorry. Just like with Evan, though, I would vote for her to become a Moderator.
Usually I'm very nice to other users where ever wikis I contribute to, but technically I use a few caps to warn him/her of his/her ridicolus behavior, but I rarely use them if I yell at people. You probably may not know this, but admins can actully remove comments like that which means when I do become an administrador, I can always remove my own as well.
I've been a Wikia Bureaucrat since early 2014, I'm well-versed in all that and could show you plenty you don't know, however, 1. that wasn't a warning to the User, you only told them to shut up and called them an idiot. You didn't tell them to be nicer, you didn't warn them that being rude could result in an official warning or even a block, you didn't explain their actions to them. You only said "shut up" and called them an idiot, which again makes me concerned for irrational blocks made without assuming any good faith. 2. Deleting comments that show you acting irrationally is in bad taste and not exactly the most trustworthy thing to do.
I don't think JoePlay is going to, the Staff didn't for Evan and they haven't this time either..Okay, I'll put make a blog post on DP now, and also, other than you and Evan, I think MC1934 (mainly edits the Cinderella franchise) and AnaPoppy160 (mainly edits the Sophia The First franchise and uploads a lot of high quality screenshots of Sophia The First, along with other high quality images and screenshots) would be good candidates, too.
