Green gaming skin Edit

Where can I get a dark green gaming skin for my wiki, the IGI Databank? Something like this.. or alternatively a light green "tech" kind of feel something like this? Basically I'm asking you because you might know of existing Wikia's that have similar color schemes. -- Tom Jenkins (Reply) 03:06, September 6, 2009 (UTC)

For the skin, you'll have to make one yourself by putting code in your wiki's MediaWiki:Monaco.css. See Help:Customizing Monaco for more information. As for the title on the Main Page, I see "IGI Databank" rather than "IGI", so it seems to be working like you want it to.--Richardtalk 16:12, September 8, 2009 (UTC)
As you can probably see by my recent efforts, the wiki looks quite nice and customized. I've started off with the WoWWiki skin and taken it forward. Green text on the top, green menus, blue links, yellow text at the bottom, like the Project IGI colors.
BTW, any feedback on the look and feel / organization is appreciated!
But most importantly, do you know of any existing wikis on Wikia that have similar dark green / techie kind of feels so I can use those for inspiration / reference?
Thank you ever so much. -- Tom Jenkins (Reply) 21:17, September 8, 2009 (UTC)
Right, sorry about that. I couldn't find any wikis that have a similar style that you're looking for, sorry.--Richardtalk 19:03, September 9, 2009 (UTC)
Hi Drtomjenkins. As Richard said, we couldn't find any wikis currently using a green, "techie" skin, but I do have a seamless background image that looks techie. I changed the color of the lines to green and uploaded it to your wiki here. If you want to try it and see how it looks on your wiki's skin, just copy/paste the following code to your MediaWiki:Monaco.css file.
.color2 {
   background: #000 url(;
