Heyy... um... there's this user named Titanfan11 and has been 'attacking' me and EDITORo from the Cells at Work! Wiki, and he's blocked on it, so he contacted us and we started arguing with him on the other wikis we were on. He's now (currently) blocked across FANDOM, so what should I do if this happens on my wiki(s)?
If at all possible, try to ignore them to see if they lose interest. If that fails, feel free to contact either me (or the Wiki Manager for the wiki it is happening on) or send in a support ticket through Special:Contact. ~tya 14:31, July 2, 2020 (UTC)
Hello, Ty. I am a fan of the TV Show Vikings. I would love to edit some of the wikis on there and update them as they are outdated and some information is incorrect. Isn't a wiki supposed to be open to edit after all? Why are all of them locked?
No, what's a protection label? Isn't the whole point of a wiki to edit? It's not like I will vandalize the page or something, it's just that I've been watching Vikings since Day 1 and I see lots of errors and outdated information I want to fix. How can I do that if all of the pages are locked? :(
Global rights (Councilor, Wiki Manager, etc) are achieved through experience and generally are more difficult to receive, since those roles are based on how staff view your actions across your years on Fandom
Hey there, I'm pretty sure wikis only close if they break the Terms of Service. That being said, I would recommend you just forget about it for the time being. A user might pass along and want to adopt the wiki.
Once wikis are created, they generally won't be closed. If you are not interested in your wiki, you can leave the wiki inactive so someone can come edit if they are interested, or someone will adopt your wiki if your wiki is becoming very inactive. If you believe your wiki is terrible, you can just delete everything you have done, and set back to default.
Or, if the wiki becomes too inactive, it will be closed itself for inactivity.
Heya! That image is a bit outside of the size needed for background images. I'll look into editing it into the correct size tomorrow. For your reference, we have a template at File:Background template.psd. Thanks!
I also see you've been editing the wiki a bit recently, are you perhaps working towards adopting it?
Hi Tya! I would just like to ask if we can get help in the Bungo Stray Dogs Wiki. I just became an admin for the wiki and there are actually a lot to change and improve like doing a revitalization, currently we only have two admins and a wiki manager. I saw you on MHA Wiki and I though I could approach you for some help. Currently we need to arrange the image galleries and character pages since they are not up to date and lacks information. I would appreciate it if you could give suggestions. I also want to approach YoungMako since he is expert when it comes to images. Thank you and have a good day!
