Hey Saftzie. Could you do me a favor and please remove the IP from your post here? That anon was actually me and the IP is confirmed to be static (not, as most people would assume, dynamic). At some point, I intend to ask admin to delete a couple of anon posts that were made by accident. I know that won't remove the IP from the wiki's records but I see it as sort of like a bicycle chain. If people really want to get around it they can but why make it easy for them?
I've a simple question. Occurred when I purchased a new computer. When I attempt to capture "any area" swsnap magnifies my screen to the point half of what I want to capture is off screen. I used swsnap for years but this is a first.
I'm unfamiliar with anything called "swsnap," so I'm afraid I can't help you with it. Google is unable to find a reference for it, as well. However, most operating systems have screenshot capability built into them, usually involving the PrintScreen key on the keyboard.
Wikia is a company. A wiki is a collaborative web tool. Wikia hosts wikis. The term they use for that is "wikia". They made the change a couple of months back, probably for brand recognition purposes. Literacy or lack thereof has nothing to do with it.
