I see that you've created quite a lot of pages in your wiki, but i couldn't fully understand your wiki's theme or what it is about. What sort of information is your wiki made to make accessible to readers?
Sure thing. Generally i edit things specific to a game, so i do that in the existing wiki. If i come up with something that's worth writing but doesn't fall under the subject of such wiki, i'll check your wiki and give it a try.
However, your admin dashboard (if you're an administrator) should have a default feature for selecting an image and fixing/unfixing it, so you should probably not use the CSS alternative and directly use the dashboard.
Hey, I was wondering if there's any way to rip the songs from the jukebox or download them permanently, or if you could let me know the source you got them from. My girlfriend loves listening to the jukebox and she's paranoid that it'll go away or go down since Club Penguin itself is closing. I've tried searching online for some sort of comprehensive collection of CP songs like what you have here, but I haven't really had much luck with it.
If you could help out, both of us would really appreciate it!
I'm glad you two are enjoying the jukebox (tbh i completely forgot about it XD). iirc i made it for Spydar- one of the admins in the CP Music Wiki.
Although the jukebox is a fancy wiki tool, the jukebox uses the original CP music files and plays them on the wiki, so even if the jukebox is removed (or the CP Music Wiki is down), the source files would remain intact.
Each music file is stored as an SWF file. You can check their full list here, where the various music tracks are ordered by their ID (a unique number each music file has), and here you can also find the name of the track, with some extra info, if available. The simplest way to download a file is by going to this list, right clicking-its SWF link and selecting "save as" from the dropdown menu.
Note that for playing those SWF files, you need a device that has Adobe Flash and a proper program (e.g. playing it in the browser). If you want to download it for your phone or something, you'd need to convert it to MP3 or a similar format. The SWF files contain an MP3 file of the music that you can extract using dedicated tools, such as JPEXS. Another option is to check if someone already uploaded this music to YouTube, in which case you could directly download it.
Some SWF files have the music split into several tracks, so you need to either combine them with an audio editor or download it from YouTube, if available there.
By the way, despite disney making CPI, i don't believe it will actually replace the original CP, so the files are probably here to stay for years :) If the files ever do get removed, you can check out the archives wiki- it's a site where users upload SWF files, including music files, which provides you a backup in case anything ever happens.
Hey.you farted on Apj's cake which caused Wata to hate anime and start dating Ember which caused Shurow to go crazy and promote CreationBeTheWorld to crat and he ruined the wiki which made him demote everyone except Dolan and he was so happy he died.
