Hey there! It's great that you wanna help out with adoptions. But can I please ask the you not tell requesters that it's likely their adoption will go through? You really can't tell just by looking at the information you personally can see whether all the adoptions requirements have been met.
For instance, a person may well have the right number/kind/frequency of edits, but also be blocked on local wikis. Since a local blocking is an immediate reason to deny an adoption request, you would be giving the user false hope to say that "it's likely your adoption will go through" — because it won't at all go through.
