Hi Im MrChippy this is my other account appearently i think im blocked becuase someone used my Ip adress and now im blocked because the block is on my ip adress. Im not on MrChippy because its blocked but i think it will be fine for now
It is possible that your account is caught in an IP block, which is why I asked for a link to the wiki where you experienced the inability to edit, as that will allow me to investigate the possible blocks that may be affecting you.
Hi there! Thank you for reaching out about this. Unfortunately, I cannot look into this further at the moment. As such, please send in your request via Special:Contact to have it reviewed. Hope it'll all be resolved soon. Best wishes for the new year!
Hey Lostris you seem to have deleted pages on the Noobs vs Zombies tycoon 2 wiki Im not sure why how the bank militant aircraft carrier was spam or anything like that you pretty much-deleted pages that weren't spam or vandalism I don't know how they were or what happed a lot of pages are gone and now I gotta pretty much redo them what is a pain for me I would like to know why you deleted pages of things what we're in the game I guess I'll just be waiting for a answer
Alright well I guess I will give you the link for them https://noobs-vs-zombies-tycoon-2.fandom.com/wiki/Militant_Aerial_Unit (Fighter 35) I think this is the only page that was deleted I asked the people from the wiki to report if they see any pages that used to be a thing so I might report more but thank you for your help Lostris
I can only see the first three comics in any month on the Peanuts Wiki. I used to be able to view all of them. Any idea what's going on? Thanks for your help.
Hi there! Could you perhaps link me to some of the pages where you're missing some of the comics? I randomly tried some comic pages and they seem to look fine.
Thanks for your post. I don't know if you can see these attachments; here's the page from October 1975 and the related image source codes. As you can see, only the first three strips have actual URLs for the strip images; after that there is generic source coding I don't recognize.
Many thanks for any help you can offer. I don't think the problem is specfic to my browser, as I have the same problem in both Firefox and Chrome.
Apologies for the late reply, I had intended to answer you but then got sidetracked with the holidays. I'm afraid I don't have an immediate solution for you though, as both the admin of the wiki and I see all the comics correctly, so I cannot reproduce the error you're experiencing. Are you experiencing that error on all pages?
Yes, the same problem on all month/year pages of the Peanuts Wiki.
Do the source codes on your pages match those on mine? Or are you seeing something different there?
Could you please reproduce for me the image codes you see for October 3, 4, and 5 of 1975? If I compare them to mine I may have a clue what's going on.
Now I see what's going on: the images after the third of the month are coded as lazy loading, which my prehistoric browser does not support. But knowing what the source codes are, I can do a workaround to access the images.
Did the coding change sometime in the past year? I know I was able to see these comics previously, although I can't specify a date. I just know that recently they began appearing as blanks.
I have been having issues with a user over on the football wikia. I have blocked him around 8 times for many different things but keeps making new accounts and messaging me and now i think he is impersonating a staff member. Can you confirm or not if the below is the personal account of a staff member please as that is what he has said. I have found the real staff member which also below.
Hey Dean, thanks for reaching out. Mind linking me to where they have said that? Regardless of that though, I passed this along to staff, so thank you for the report!
Thank you. One other thing you may be able to help me on. Around 4 years ago I was a Wikia Councillor. After personal things I did not attend and someone removed me but said in the future if I wish to be added/considered again, message them. I have lost that message and do not remember the person, but i am sure that record is logged somewhere. I'd like to take up this role again if possible? Can you point me in the right direction?

Hello!! I'm not Lostris but I can point you in the right direction. The best way to do this is to contact Fandom Staff and make a ticket through that link.
Can you provide links? In general, it's always best to include links whenever you're reporting something or someone, as that prevents others from having to go dig around for the relevant post. Thanks!
I do not recall if you remember the last time we spoke about an ongoing vandalism issue with Elena of Avalor wikia, but we discussed the possibility of installing an Abuse Filter to mitigate vandalism.
While the vandal in question never returned, a new vandal has become highly active, necessitating the application of the Abuse Filter to Elena of Avalor's wikia:
https://elenaofavalor.fandom.com/wiki/Special:RecentChanges
The original account of this user was SquirrelInc, but they keep creating new sockpuppets as required to continue their vandalism, as each account is blocked in turn.
Given that this is going to be an ongoing concern, can you please enable the Abuse Filter configuration that was applied to Sofia's wikia and bring it to Elena's wikia?

Hi Lostris, not sure if you are the person to contact, but Recent Changes seems to be down on Memory Alpha. The error code reads as below, whether I'm logged in (on Chrome) or not logged in (on Microsoft Edge). - AJHalliwell

Hey AJ, thanks for reaching out! We're aware of the issue, which is caused by a bad entry that's currently in the deletion log. Once it's pushed off the RC, it will work again. You can disable showing talk pages on the RC to have it work for now, but know that a ticket has been filed as well.
Yes, I received report that an engineer fixed the underlying issue, so both the recent wiki changes and block log should be up and running again. Feel free to let me know if you encounter any more issues!
Then nothing, the adoption process continues. It's your responsibility to give other users the chance to respond, it's theirs to actually do it. It's sort of a "silent agreement"-thing then.
So let me get this straight. When adopting a wiki with active users but no admins, you start a blog and wait a week to see if the users respond. If they don't respond at all, then you simply move forward with adopting the wiki, correct?
I'm no expert on the adoption request, but I reckon that's correct. Especially when you made an effort to reach out to the active contributors to let them know about your blog.
Just one more question. You said that you're not an expert on this, so who would be one that I could ask? I just want to be absolutely certain so I don't make a mistake.
