Hey Knakveey. My name is Cedar and I'm a Game Design student looking to assist in the creation of the Sea of Thieves wiki. I'm currently compiling articles to be published once the Non-Disclosure Agreement is lifted in the next 90 days. It would be great to become an editor of the Fandom Wikia. Let me know your thoughts and we can discuss the possibility of bringing me on board as an editor.
Where are you compiling the articles for the wiki? We can potentially setup a private wiki for you to publish the articles so it's easier to x-fer over to the main wiki once the NDA is over.
I would love for you to become an editor on the S.o.T wiki! Let me know what I can do to help or if you have any further questions/concerns. I'll promote you as an admin on the S.o.T wiki. Typically we go through an "adoption process", but let's expedite that. However, being inactive once the game releases may result in the removal of privileges/another user might also gain admin rights.
I'm compiling them in a basic Word document. While the details are still far from copious, I've managed to accurately represent much of the game's current features. I realize that this is currently sensitive material under the NDA. They are in a password protected location on my private PC and are therefore safe from disclosure. Let us continue to discuss the method of transfer and I will be entirely compliant with your instruction regarding this matter.
Hello Mr. Nico, pleasure to meet you I'll just get right to the point. I'm having a problem discussing matters with the Bureaucrat and Admin of the American Dad Wiki, Buckimion, whose first inclination towards users who post an edit he disagrees with, agreeable or otherwise, block them off and then insult them. After trying to explain my grammar editing actions on a page, he called my edits cheap and lazy, insulted me, and then blocked me indefinitely somehow. Is there any chance you can help us hash this issue out?
We've been running into problems running some things there as all the admins (even the founder) seemed to have disappeared. The last active one named Nier1411 wanted to promote some of us to admin status (since they weren't quite active anymore either; I had to look up their personal site to get a hold of them) but could not do so since they weren't of bureaucrat status? They tried asking the founder to promote them, but the founder has stopped replying for a long while. As a fan of the game, I've been trying my best to help manage, clean up and update the wiki, but it's hard when there's no admins to help out lock pages that sometimes get vandalized and such? I'm not quite sure what to do..? :c
Hey Knakveey, I promoted two users to rollback, but I want the banner next to their name to say Patroller instead, but the banner's not showing up at all for the two users. Also, last week I demoted RainingPain17 (because he told me to) as well as Smashbro8 and TacticalMaster, for being inactive and violating the policy about inactive admins. But it still says Admin next to their names. Can you help me out with these problems? Thank you.
Hey, I've decided to contact you here, as here, the other users on the Watch Dogs Wiki won't find this so easily, so we can discuss, me and you. I saw your offer about me stepping up to achieve bureaucrat status on the Watch Dogs Wiki, and I think that's a great idea. Yes, I am busy with my job in reality, but I also have free time so I can be on the wiki, like now. I feel that the Wiki needs an active bureaucrat (as currently there are no active bureaucrats), and I am worthy enough to be that bureaucrat. It'd sure make a lot of things easier on that wiki. So, since you're staff, you have the priveleges to promote me, so if you could do so, that would be extremely epic. Thank you for the opportunity.
So now that RainingPain17, the other admin on the WD Wiki, has retired (almost), I am the only admin on there now. Some people have already voted yes to me becoming b'crat, so when should we close the thread and I'll be promoted? Pretty soon I guess.
Hello Knakveey! Apprentice from the Battlefield Wiki again regarding the portable infobox you and Czechout started working on for us. I'm wanting to migrate the template over, but there is a small issue with the image section of it at the moment. Some of the weapons we use the infobox for have more than one in-game model, so we use a tabber to represent them in the infobox (M1911#Battlefield_3 is a good example), and the current draft does not appear to work correctly with Tabbers at the moment. I am unable to fix it myself, so if you or another staff member would be willing to take a look it would be very appreciated. Thanks, and sorry for the late reply on my part this time! -Apprentice125(Talk) 02:22, September 9, 2015 (UTC)
