You need to send the relevant information to the wiki manager of the wikis, and to the administrators of the wikis to which there is no wiki manager. You will do this to their Community Central message walls. They will then consider what you say and make a decision. The decision they make is final.
My opinion is irrelevant.
Only the wiki managers and/or administrators of those wikis can unblock you.
The appropriate people are the wiki managers and/or administrators of the wikis that blocked you. I found you two links to such people in a previous reply, and you merely have to go to their message walls on Community Central. If you struggle, you can find them by the following link: x.fandom.com/Special:ListUsers (swap 'x' for the name of the wiki).
Just swap out your name for the administrator name.
The only way you should not contact them via Community Cental is if a) they have asked you not to do so, or b) staff have asked you not to do so . . . in which case, you may consider their word on your blocks final and there is no means to appeal these decisions, unless the user has broken ToU, in which case you need to instead use: contact Fandom Staff
Fortunately you are right, but I was just lucky that you told me that for me, but the problem, after I ask to submit a request to contact the staff of the Fandom, I do not know more where to go to find a solution to unblock myself from these damn blocking administrators, I can not choose where is the right box so that I can unblock myself, it is Getting Started, Account Management, Changes to a Wiki, Reporting Problems on Fandom, Protecting Yourself on Fandom or Other FAQs, but worst of all, there is a very tight password and I don't know what to do.
Listen to me, I'm not mad, but I'm right why I'm on Community Central, to warn you that on Idea WIki, I got blocked by Coolot, he's the one responsible for him blocked, while I'm quietly modifying my pages, but I don't like blocked users, it's ok, I know that we will organize ourselves in a simple way to unblock me on Fandom where I work like Idea Wiki, Villains Wiki, Villains Fanon, Idea Central, The Evil Wiki and Heroism Wiki, despite for a blocked user like me, we cannot send messages to help on local Fandom like Idea Wiki to prevent help, so I chose Community Central to come help for unlocking local Fandom where I work like Idea Wiki, Villains Wiki, Villains Fanon, Idea Central, The Evil Wiki and Heroism Wiki, tell Casper Cain that I'm not mad and you can tell that I'm right to say that I'm a good editor.
Idea Wiki, Villains Fanon, and Idea Central, seem to have no staff, even local admins; I'm not sure how you were thus able to get blocked, but you could always try to adopt the wikis.
The Evil Wiki appears not to exist.
You need to go to those first two links, and - on their message walls - politely explain your case in as much detail as possible; provide links and not screenshots to any evidence. If they unblock you, great. If they don't, then there is literally nothing else you can do and you will need to accept their final decision. No one else can help you here.
As a head's up, glancing through you seem to have appealed to Robin about the Villains wiki a few times . . . each time she said "no". I don't think you'll be getting back on the Villains wiki, but the Wiki Manager is a paid member of Fandom staff; they can mediate, offer advice, and judge if ToU have been broken. They will be impartial in the matter.
I am not crazy, I gave this answer so that I suffer on my favorites Fandom like Idea Wiki, Villains Wiki, The Evil Wiki, Heroism WIki, Villains Fanon and Idea Central where I am blocked by blocking administrators like Coolot1 and I am right to be wary of blocking administrators, I prefer that they leave me alone rather than blocking me !!!!
If they blocked you, they felt that they had reason.
I haven't time to go back and see what this is about, as it was a while ago and it's slipped my memory (being that I assumed it all over). I will just say that sometimes things are unfair, or they don't go our way . . . everyone on Community Central has been blocked at some point, or not had things go their way by local admins or global staff. It happens.
The important thing is that you calmly make your appeal; if you have done this, you simply have to accept their final decision and move onward. This will mean likely finding new wikis to which you can contribute, and who will appreciate your work, and abide by ToU in the process.
There's a wiki out there for you, I'm sure.
Sadly, these wikis you mention probably aren't them.
Every user deserves to be treated with respect, and - so long as he's respectful back - I'm willing to read his messages. In the past, even the seemingly most stubborn or trollish of users have been able to improve their behaviour and be valued members of their wikis, and everyone deserves a chance. On my wall, I see no harm in his messages.
If you have a problem with his messages, as I have seen elsewhere, and feel he has been spamming or harassing you, I would contact Fandom Staff. You should provide links to prove spam and harassment, including to messages on the forums and others walls, and explain why they are spam/harassment.
Staff are usually very willing to listen in such cases.
Now as I already know about blocked users, I understand the problem, I have pages to finish on Idea Wiki (like Gormiti (Hasbro) and Elemonsters), and errors to correct on Villains Wiki, Heroism Wiki and The Evil Wiki, but I don't like it when my user is blocked for a long time or endlessly, it's ok, but I have work on my favorite Fandom and I could help other users by high difficulties, but these administrators who manage local Fandom (like Idea Wiki and Villains Wiki) prefer to accept me than to block me, I tried to contact the administrators to unblock me, but I cannot send messages to benevolent administrators from other Fandom like Idea Wiki and Villains Wiki because of my blocked user account, but since you gave me my answer on these blocked administrator stories, I know that my work is not touched.:-|
I sent you my message for your answer that you gave me to my question, several days ago. I know you are sorry that I send you a message for you... but I know that the life of a user like me is not very easy, because of the things that are not going well, but it is risky to be random, but the only thing I have left ... is to warn Love Robin to help me unlock and save my user profile and to force the administrators to accept me, and if they accept me, and if they will unlock my user accountfor me to work on my favorite Fandomfor my pages to modify for Idea Wiki and errors to correct on Villains Wiki.
You cannot force the administrators to do anything.
If they have broken ToU, you can contact Fandom. If they have not, you could potentially run into ToU violations yourself by not respecting their decisions, as trying to force them could count as harassment.
I understood... but the life of a user is not very easy, but I did not know it... I am terribly sorry, but I prefer to work on my pages which I create myself when we will warn Love Robin and we will tell him that he kindly unblocks me and that they accept me and NOT to force them so that I can work quietly on my favorite Fandom (like Idea Wiki and Villains Wiki) and to say that they will never block my profile from me user, but I don't know how to unblock myself, you will have to help me protect myself in case if there is a negative moment (either I am blocked or the modification was abandoned by an extension hook)... Forgive-me...
Besides, fortunately you are there to protect me from blocking administrators and from negative things happening in all Fandom, but you gave me good advice for me, but I know as a user ... I don't like having my work touched ... but I know you're right ... Forgive me...
In regards to blocks, only local admins can lift the block (if no ToU were broken on their part). This means you can appeal to them, but - if they say "no" - you can't ask again and again, as it could constitute harassment.
In regards to other people editing your work -? Any edit you make is community owned; it has to be attributed to you, but it's open to being edited or changed by any user. It can be tough; I've had few people edit articles a few times and had to grumble under my breath, but - at the end of the day - it's a community ran project and these things happen. If you don't like your work being edited, or not under your full control, Fandom isn't . . . an ideal place.
If you need any advice or help, I'm always open, though.
Ok, thank you for your advice, fortunately you are there to protect me, but we become friends, but I will warn you in case if there are things that go very wrong in Fandoms (like Idea Wiki, Villains Wiki, The Evil Wiki and Heroism Wiki), thank you ;-).
That's fine, but I do want to stress that I'm not staff.
You can tell me if something is amiss, and I can always offer advice or direct you to the right person, but I'm in no position to intervene on your behalf.
I can listen to you, but I can't "protect" you.
Even if I were staff, I'm under the impression staff are usually only in a position to intervene for ToU violations or extreme circumstances. I'd also add staff are usually there to protect the community, and not the user, unless again a ToU breach has occurred.
I should point out, however, that a ban is against a user and not an account. This means - if you have been banned - you cannot use other accounts, as these may be banned, too. You also cannot have an account as an under-thirteen; you can still visit wikias, read forums, and interact on a general level, but you cannot have an account or make contributions.
When you're thirteen, you should be allowed to return (so long as you reside outside of the EU, in which case the age will be 16 as a minimum).
This is why your account seems to have been deleted, not merely "banned" as I suspected. The law dictates no company can retain or collect information on a person under the age of thirteen, and that means that there is likely no account to restore. You can return to this site and make a new account when you are thirteen, but - until then - you cannot use this site (or most/all sites) by law, and any new accounts will likely be deleted.
I imagine staff will delete this account of yours, too.
I can't speak for staff, but laws seem to dictate all user-data be deleted when a minor is involved, as data on minors cannot be retained (13 for most of the world, 16 for most of the EU). I can only guess that staff mean they can't delete things like contributions and posts etc., which explains why these things remain after an account has been completely disabled, but the account is effectively deleted (no avatars, profiles, cannot be logged in, etc.)
You'd have to ask staff for clarification, though.
Even if you didn't deserve to be blocked before, you certainly do now for insulting a person and suicide-baiting them, both of which are against the ToU of this site (potentially earning a global ban, should staff deem it necessary). If you want them to reconsider your ban, this is the worst way to go about that. "
I will never sock puppet again. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes I'll read the tou and I will follow them. I'll never do anything bad like that again. I'm serious. I know what I've done is wrong. I've failed the tou.
