I previously submitted a request to adopt the After Wiki. It's been twenty-one days and I haven't heard anything back regarding the request. The Wiki is seriously lacking in information and needs a visual upgrade. There has also been a lot of spam edits that and page creations that have caused trouble with redirects. I linked both the Wiki page and the adoption thread below. Thank you for your time!
Haya! For situations like this, you follow the same Adoption:Requests process. Be sure to state in the "Other Info" section that you are seeking the additional rights of Bureaucrat. Plus all other aspects of the adoption process applies: currently editing consistently/daily, provide links to convo as to who should be promoted, etc.
I already leave my adoption blog open at the homepage. Plus, I've sent many active users thrice (these users who last edited are Oct.5, Nov.8 and last week ) but they haven't reply yet, at least the active user Sally152008 replied and agree my adoption blog.
I can't talk to the most recently active user MemzLover378348 due to intimidating behavior and she can't stop giving death threats to me.
There is a Bot which will eventually close it if not closed by Staff sooner. Knowing the struggle new wikias go through, there is a rather generous alloted amount of lead time. But eventually no-low traffic sites will get closed if they remain inactive.
With the recent Gamepedia/FANDOM merger, the process may be stepped up a bit.
Thanks for contacting us. Local blocks don't automatically mean the adoption request would be denied - but I don't approve adoptions myself, so I can't say for sure whether they'll be a problem.
I suggest just being upfront about them in your adoption request, explaining why you don't believe they should be of concern.
I hope this helps, and best regards,

I don't think local blocks should be of concern because of the fact that those bureaucrats/administrators are (extremely) rude to me, and they do not have to do with the TV Fanon Wiki. Also, I want to do some cleaning up on the wiki (deleting spam, cleaning up categories, adding Community Corner announcemments, etc.).
Here's the thing: being "rude" is not necessarily a violation of ToU (link at bottom of every page), and in itself not a reason to chastise admins or overturn blocks.
That said, there *are* blocks which are handed out for trivial reasons. I myself have been blocked for things I've not even done. Like someone "revenge blocking" me when I had not even gone to their wiki just because they did not like how they were treated on my wikis; once by a troll who even dared to try to block Staff.
So there can be cases where explaining blocks my help your chances at adoption. So Kirkburn suggests you do so.
It would be best to explain your blocks (if you don't know them all, ask Hypsoline to list the wikis) on the adoption (I know it is closed, but a better place than a Wall), and then ask here for Hypsoline to re-review it.
