  • Hi DarthKitty,

    I recently sent you an email asking if you'd be interested in becoming an administrator on the Developers Wiki. Have you had a chance to read it? We'd still love to have you on the team!

  • I appreciate the enthusiasm, but I'd really prefer you check with me or other staff members before documenting features that are not yet finalized or announced. We have a timetable in mind.

    • Oh, are they not stable yet? Sorry! I saw <panel> and <section> tags in use on the Final Fantasy wiki (example) and assumed otherwise. Should I remove the docs, or...?

    • It's OK. I do need to check what you posted over to verify it's accurate before we add more documentation, and we have an announcement on the schedule. They are on Final Fantasy because Technobliterator, a Vanguard member, is testing some edge use cases to make sure it's all stable.

  • Hello there! ^^
    I saw your edit on Help:Infoboxes stating that <gallery> does not work inside <group>. May I ask for an instance due to which you reached this conclusion? Because I have always found <gallery> to be working perfectly fine within <group> - for a quick example, you may see w:c:aiihuan:Sandbox.

    • You're absolutely right! Turns out I made a dumb mistake, and forgot to swap <data> for <image> when I was testing a couple of layouts. My bad! ^_^;

  • Hey,
    Since you reverted my revision from 10 months ago, I wanted to ask why do you prefer having the tags wrapped in <nowiki> instead of escaped with &lt;? I removed nowiki tags because they were adding unnecessary bytes to the page (but maybe it's just personal preference).

    Cheers!

    • I figured that <nowiki> tags would be clearer, since most editors probably don't know about character references like &lt;. I don't have any evidence that that's true though, so I guess it comes down to personal preference! XD
