- monthly, yearly, since start? unique IPs or any page hit?
- Alos, what namespaces are included?

Editing Special Pages Edit
Can you edit special pages? If so, how? Unstubber 21:57, August 30, 2010 (UTC)
Since the sidebar no longer exists, is there no link to the special pages anymore? I mean, I know I can type it in, I'm just curious if there's a way to avoid doing that. --Ultimate Frog-Man 19:42, November 6, 2010 (UTC)
Most Searched pages? Edit
I know there is a special page for the "Most visited pages", but could there possibly be a page to see what users are searching for the most? Neocarleen 04:07, May 31, 2011 (UTC)

I've noticed that on all of the special pages, there's a sentence at the top that says, "The following data is cached, and was last updated (insert date here)". Is there a way to manually update it, or does it update automatically? Reversinator 19:31, November 6, 2011 (UTC)
- Not a way to update it, as far as I know, but it does automatically update at 8:00 every day. UltrasonicNXT
- I'm seeing a message saying The following data is cached, and was last updated 12:02, April 16, 2012. Are you sure it's every day? Or does it only update if something has changed, like for example, I'm viewing uncategorized pages, so would it only update if a page got added (new page) or removed (categorized)? +y@talk 04:50, May 9, 2012 (UTC)
Purpose of Special:Wantedpages exclude titles filter? Edit
User rights Edit
- As of 2017 Special:Userrights works for me (but of course not here). –Dunnoob 💩 01:40, November 29, 2017 (UTC)
WhatLinksHere filters Edit
Would anyone know if it would be possible to add a fourth filter for transcluded links? Currently the 'hide transclusion' option only hides direct transclusions of a page (usually templates) and 'hide links' hides ALL links. What I am hoping for is a filter which keeps in direct links, but removes links that happen to pages only because the links are in a template and that link shows up via a transclusion of the template. Currently discussing this on Thread:545695.
- I assume it, well, blocked yourself. You can still block yourself via Special:Block. Having a special page dedicated to block yourself, especially considering that you can do so on another special page, is clearly pointless.

http://shovelknight.wikia.com/wiki/Special:WikiStats hasn't updated since January of this year. Are they only generated once a year or is there a way to force it to re-generate? Lessthan1337 00:47, June 27, 2015 (UTC)
- When I click on your link I end upon w:c:shovelknight:Special:Insights, also tested on another wiki, apparently a solved issue. –Dunnoob 💩 04:09, November 25, 2017 (UTC)
- It is a Staff tool. It doesn't need to be documented here on Community Central. 01:53, November 29, 2017 (UTC)
Special:InfoboxBuilder also isn't listed, how about a section with special pages depending on features or other extensions shown on Special:Version? In this case it could be handled by…
…rendered as Special:InfoboxBuilder or similar. –Dunnoob 💩 04:49, November 25, 2017 (UTC)
- Added. 02:00, November 29, 2017 (UTC)
How far back does Special:New Pages go? Edit
I am trying to see if I can go beyond main space pages created on 9/24/17 on this wiki, but there seems to be a limit. Are there other logs I can use? BrokenSphere (Talk) 20:13, December 10, 2017 (UTC)
- I believe it goes back 90 days. Unfortunately RecentChanges is now also limited to 90 days. - 00:12, March 4, 2018 (UTC)
Apparently Special:MergeHistory exists, it's also documented on MediaWikiWiki: mw:Manual:Merging histories + mw:Help:Merge history. The MediaWikiWiki help page claims that sysops normally have the mergehistory right, but apparently that's not the case here at the moment, and looking for merge or history Special:ListGroupRights only lists deletedhistory to view the history of deleted files. –Dunnoob 💩 22:24, March 3, 2018 (UTC)
- Yes, unfortunately mergehistory isn't available for users or admins, so it's not listed in this page. There is an alternate way to merge histories and it is outlined at Help:Merging pages#Merging page histories. 00:14, March 4, 2018 (UTC)
