I put this in the main namespace because it seems like it applies to all wikis, but if someone thinks it should be moved, that's cool with me. Scottch 15:26, 10 February 2007 (UTC)

Custom Signature[]

Is this page going to talk about custom signature, for example, my one is one. I think adding a guide to those is quite interesting Sam Wang 09:33, January 28, 2012 (UTC)

Romanization for non-Latin usernames[]

If possible/necessary, the user should be required to use the best romanization possible, and state the original language, and a translation. For example, if your username is the Japanese word ユーザー, then the user would be required to type yūzā or yu-za-. It would look like this:

[[User:ユーザー|ユーザー (Japanese for "user", yūzā)]], and then the timestamp. Thank you for your consideration! Phineasnandferbruletheworld (talk) 00:51, April 17, 2012 (UTC)

Custom signature guide[]

Hi, I made a little guide about making a custom signature for my wiki, if you think it would be helpful you can add a link or copy it. leviathan_89 15:31, July 13, 2012 (UTC)

I want to add a "Shameless Wiki Admin" at the end of my signature. Is this possible? I've seen such things on some users' nicknames and I really like them. ;) RomeoRomeo (talk) 15:28, October 30, 2016 (UTC)

Can you show me an example of what you would like?--Annabeth and Percy~They say you gotta take the good with the bad. I'll take it all as long as I have you. 16:28, October 30, 2016 (UTC)

(talk) stamp is forced upon signature[]

When I attempt to create a custom signature, seemingly no matter what, the (talk) button is constantly placed there. I don't want the talk button, at least not as (talk). Can it be removed? ---- [[User:Theh5|Theh5]] (talk) 20:16, August 30, 2018 (UTC)

Have you tried checking the "I want to use wikitext in my signature" option? -- Cube-shaped garbage can 20:49, August 30, 2018 (UTC)
That worked. The issue was that I didn't really *want* to use that feature, I had assumed it was for using code, not to remove preemptively added code. ---- Theh5 20:56, August 30, 2018 (UTC)
