Restricting the ¨New Page¨ feature to only logged in users

Basically the title. Is that possible? Or restrict it entirely to administrator access? I know there's a function to disallow non-logged in users to act entirely but that's a but wide. ---- Theh5, 17:53, September 5, 2018 (UTC)

Technically, the way to request only the page creation to be restricted to logged in users is use contact for the wiki you want this restriction to be applied on.--Muzzarino 17:57, September 5, 2018 (UTC)
