CAPTCHA When logging in[]
I somehow have to perform a CAPTCHA test when logging in despite being human and I've been here for quite a while. It started today. What is this? --Ready to rock! (talk) 03:21, November 1, 2019 (UTC)
- I only noticed it today. I was in incognito at the time, so I assumed it was an incognito specific thing. I guess not. I'm not going to be impressed if it's permanent. ― C.Syde (talk | contribs) 03:32, November 1, 2019 (UTC)
- I discovered it on my iOS device, and I was not incognito at all. --Ready to rock! (talk) 03:34, November 1, 2019 (UTC)
It's another day now. I tried logging in on another mobile device (ie. A phone), and no test came up. I'm afraid to try it on another device though... --Ready to rock! (talk) 15:29, November 1, 2019 (UTC)
- Started encountering this a couple days ago (October 30th/31st). Figured it was because I regularly clear my cookies and FANDOM/recaptcha thought it suspicious. Not impressed at all and it's becoming a massive pain to do it multiple times a day whenever my browser restarts. It seems fairly regular but it definitely doesn't happen every single time. Firefox 72 Nightly, not using Private Browsing/incognito. ―Forge the Hybrid (wall) 01:56, November 3, 2019 (UTC)
