Multiple upload screen
Multiple uploads have been around for a while now but since this hasn't been in the spotlight much probably few Wikians knew about this new feature.
The multiple upload functionality is provided by the MultipleUpload extension, written by Travis Derouin.
This neat little piece of code lets you upload up to five images at once, each with its own description.
And since we thought this might be of use to Wikians everywhere, all wikis have it enabled.
How to use it?
Just go to Special:MultipleUpload at your wiki and fill out the form.
Note that you have to have the required access level (see below).
Who can use it?
Due to the high risk of attracting vandals, the use of this extension has been limited to users with rollback or sysop (administrator) access.
If you aren't an administrator of your wiki but wish to contribute by uploading multiple images, ask your local bureaucrat for rollback.
