By default, every MediaWiki wiki has a disclaimers link. On the monobook skin, this appears at the end of any content page. On other skins, it also appears at the top, or in the sidebar.
Rather than leave this link empty, you may want to edit the disclaimers page on a Wikicity to link to the central Wikia disclaimers, or to add disclaimers specific to that wiki. For example, the NeoPets Guild Wikicity should state that this site is not affiliated with NeoPets in the disclaimer.
You can also add a disclaimer line to MediaWiki:Lastmodified. See Guilds:MediaWiki:Lastmodified for an example.
