You can make someone an admin by using Special:UserRights on your wiki and if you want to change the logo, just upload a new image to File:Wiki.png on that wiki as well, you can see Help:Logo for some specifics on logos. Hope this helps :) --User? 00:57, January 20, 2010 (UTC)
