I'm in the process of erecting a template for the Pokémon section of Nintendo Wiki. The template is at w:c:nintendo:User:Launchballer/Sandbox. It is meant that whenever the parameter isn't filled in for a row, the row doesn't appear, and the table ignores it. However, this clearly isn't happening, as you can see at w:c:nintendo:User talk:Launchballer/Sandbox. First you want to use {{!}} not <includeonly>|</includeonly>

instead of

you want

{{#if:{{{Bulbasaur|}}}|
{{!}}-
{{!}}style="background-color:#ACEA8C; color:#536F39"{{!}}[[Bulbasaur|'''Bulbasaur''']]}}
