How do I change and customize so it can look like this - http://muppet.wikia.com/wiki/Special:WikiActivity and my wiki is - http://grangehill.wikia.com so how can I change it then?

I assume you're talking about the right sidebar with all the linked images. You can customize that in MediaWiki:Community-corner. Sovq 22:12, December 24, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks and how do I get that hotspots thing on the side? where it tells us what articles have been edited the most in a few days and the person who has edited the most.

I think you will need to ask to have it turned on at w:c:grangehill:Special:Contact. That sounds like a Wikia controlled feature, since you can't edit the Special:WikiActivity page. -- Fandyllic (talk · contr) 2:06 PM PST 27 Dec 2010
