I have seen many wikias with a special backround wheter its a scorpion or a amn shooting a gun.i was wondering how i could also change this for my own wiki?
I'm not entirely sure, but you were probably looking at a customised skin. Look at Help:Customizing_Monaco/skin and then write the CSS you like with slight tweaks into your wiki on MediaWiki:Monaco.css. I hope this helps!
