Hi I need help to fully delete categories and posts, and remove/add stuff to the wiki's menubar.

The menubar

You can't remove a page without leaving a message in the deletion log -- RandomTime 15:54, September 11, 2011 (UTC)

Click on "edit this menu" (on your screenshot, it's directly below "Runescape Private Server Wiki") and it will take you to a page where you can edit the menubar navigation thing--Acer4666 15:55, September 11, 2011 (UTC)

You can delete categories by removing all the pages in that category and delete the category content page if there is one. Gracey91 ✉ 15:57, September 11, 2011 (UTC)

When I click edit this menu it just shows some stuff I don't understand:

• 1. visited#|TopContent
  2. category1#
  3. category2#
• portal-url|Community
  • blogs-recent-url|blogs-recent-url-text
  • forum-url|Forum

Change it to:

• Top menu 1
  • Item in dropdown
  • Item in dropdown
  • Item in dropdown
• Top menu 2
  • Item in dropdown
  • Item in dropdown
• Top menu 3
• Top menu 4

And replace "Top menu 1", etc., with names of pages you want to link to, and "item in dropdown" to names of pages you want to appear in the dropdown list. If you want to display writing different to the page link, type

• link|display

where "link" is your page link and "display" is the writing you want to display--Acer4666 16:12, September 11, 2011 (UTC)

For an example, look at mediawiki:wiki-navigation on this wiki (community central), and compare it to what is in the menu at the top of the page--Acer4666 16:13, September 11, 2011 (UTC)

But be aware that there may be a future software change that will stop more than 4 dropdowns, so you may not be able to keep more than 4 permanently - see here--Acer4666 21:20, September 11, 2011 (UTC)
